Company Background:
Our business started on 12/02 by Tommy Caulfield, a native of Chevy Chase Maryland, who had no formal food training, just a lifetime love and understanding of cooking. He was inspired by Jane and Michael Stern's books on "Roadfood". Tommy knows the importance of consistency and quality. He takes tremendous pride in his products, and looks to expand to additional locations.

Company Mission:
If there is any possibility of a food item not having top quality or taste, we'll throw it out start over. We want to be recognized as the best BBQ in the country. Not 2nd best, the absolute best!

Employees:
We have 3 full time assistant pit-masters, 6 servers, and 1 person to keep the restaurant and bathrooms clean.
